How do I create an account?
Simply click the REWARDS tab 'REWARDS' located along the bottom of our website and create a store account. If you have shopped with us before online use the same email you entered in the checkout and your account will have your full online sales history.
Will my purchase history from Embella stores show on my online account?
Your Embella online account will show only your online purchase history but your Embella credits will include purchases you have made in our stores.
How can I find my current balance of Embella Rewards?
Once you have created an account click the 'REWARDS' tab to see your points balance. The tab is located along the bottom of our website.
How do I redeem a reward?
Sign into your account by clicking the 'REWARDS' tab. Here you will see a list of the different rewards you can unlock with your EMBELLA VIP CREDITS. A unique code will appear which you can copy & paste at the checkout. This unique code will also be emailed to you.
Once I unlock a reward, how long do I have to use it?
Embella VIP coupon codes will expire within 60 days from the time of unlocking.
I'm trying to redeem a reward and use another at the same time, but it's not working?
The checkout only allows for one discount code per transaction, a sale discount code and a Embella VIP Rewards discount code cannot be used in the one sale. If purchasing multiple items, you can do separate transactions to use each code and we can send your items together in the one parcel. In a sales event you cannot redeem vouchers.
What are the terms?
Redeemable on orders over the value of AU$30.00, excluding shipping. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cannot be exchanged for cash or gift card.
